A big shout out goes to Critterhunter's green onion sausage

I received a "Sample" pack of his secret mix during the christmas exchange. So last weekend I bought 5# of pork and some green onions and this is what I ended up with ...

The flavor is really good with a touch of heat at the end that slipps away nicely.

The only problem I had was there wasn't enough I can't remember the last time I pulled out the equipment for 5#'s of sausage

I took some to work to get some feedback on it and it was all very positive.

To Raymond for this mix..job well done
