I mixed up my snack stick meat cure and seasoning.Put in stainless bowl and covered for the night.I usually use plastic bowl.Will using metal bowl with the cure hurt anything?Thanks for your time again.

Aluminum is one of the most reactive metals on the planet. Always beware any acidic/saline/basic things in them over time..or under heat. SS would be fine. But I mix my spices/cure/liquid into my meats then stuff right away,they stuff much easier, I then let the stuffed and linked sausage sit overnight in the fridge to meld the spices and set the links. It works for me.Col. Big Guy
