  • Chorizo - Big G Style

So my son Shawn made a trip to Glendale AZ late last year with his company (TTX) to do some work. While he was out there he got together with Gilbert and as part of the meet and greet I got the gift of enough Chorizo spices to make up 12 pounds of Gilbert's family recipe.

Here is a snap shot of the first six pounds getting ready for vacuum sealing and off to the freezer.

I got to say I love the smell my kitchen. I saved back a pound from the freezer and i am letting it rest over night and we are having it for supper tomorrow. i can hardly wait.

Thx a million Gilbert it was a perfect gift.
