  • Wild rice and cheddar brats

    Whipped up a 10lb batch today used 5 lb veny 5 in pork butt and a lb of pure fat. I like them juicy. Used a premix from Leggs ,pretty good stuff. And used 6 cups pre cooked rice and 1.5 lb high temp cheddar.
    Of course you have to fry test.

    These are always awsome and some of my favorites

    Oh yeah I also did 10 lb chilli cheese dogs. Saving those pics for tomorrow when smoking
