  • Chicken Sausage

Looking for a couple of chicken sausage ideas for my wife. Would like to find a Jalapeno cheddar chicken sausage and a few breakfast sage ones to experiment with. What do you think about taking a turkey sausage recipe and using chicken instead?

Texas-Hunter has a couple yardbird concoctions. Also in the Sausage section there’s a few recipes as well.

Me, not much a poultry guy for sausage but have had a couple good ones.

Hell I have NO shame in my game bumping my sausage recipes.. There is a search feature that is really cool too..
        Chicken Hot Links

The lady folks really like these next two...

Chicken, Feta, & Spinach Sausage Links

        Chicken, Feta Links With Mushrooms

And this one has a ton of flavor and can be used as a breakfast links if you are looking for some BOOM in flavor..

Chicken & Sun Dried Sausage Links

Now you can take almost any recipe here and convert it to chicken or turkey protein, but keep in mind the seasonings can be a bit more bold with poultry... As 3P has said once before play with you meat..

Is it the Checkered Past Green Onion Sausge the one Rich sells?
I made it with chicken thighs and it was very well received.

                Is it Critterhunters Green Onion?
CP had the Italian if memory serves me?
I have made both with chicken, and they both rock!
If you like spice, flavor & some heat, mix some Jerk seasoning in thighs & case, then grill. Try a fry test first & adjust as needed. One of me favs
