Dakotah water pack stuffer

Has anyone ever used this style of stuffer before? I found it on butcher and packers site.

there was a thread on it a while ago.
think the general consensus was it's a bit complicated and had mixed reviews.

On the other hand I think they make the little snackstick and jerky extruder a few of us have. those are great :-)

The jerky extruder is what I liked. Will it fit other stuffers? What was complacated about using it?

I've never used one. I just always had visions of water exploding all over the kitchen when a line of fitting goes. I make enough mess as it is

Funny you should say that. Mine did exactly that when too much pressure buit up do too a faulty check valve and it blew the end completely out of it and water and sausage soon followed. It was a mess for sure, if you can get them to run correctly thy will stuff like a mad man but i found mine was very finicky and sometimes very messy.
