Nice picture! Looks great, wondering if you had a recipe to go along with it. I've always liked fresh tomato with my lighter fish like cod or talapia.

              Nothing special,just peppers,onion, tomato,garlic,white wine,and olive oil.

PS: I won't eat tilapia or carp. Long story!

I love fish and sometimes people get mad at me because I cook fish & walleye in other ways other then frying, but why? So many other ways to enjoy it! I make pizza with walleye,Tex Mex walleye among other fish, it's all good. You just have to like fish and not cook it the same way all the time. Gumbos, pasta, cold salads, fishcakes, the list goes on and on.
I came home with 29 walleyes the other day, does that mean I have to fry them all, I don't roll that way. Veritey is the spice of good eating!

I don't fry all fish either Joey.... Love fish cooked just about any way! Cod is one of my favorites, yours looks delicious!
Congrats on the walleye, that will be good eatin'. I brought home a few catfish from camping this week.

I love cod, it is such a wonderfully, delicate, flavorful fish. And yes, I agree with you that all fish do not need to be fried. I grew up on fried fish, and figured out there are other ways to present it. You presented that very well!
