Bass, crappie, and trout are good eats around here but really good scallops can be pricey. The frozen and shipped to Oklahoma just aren't the same.
We have a couple of good seafood markets here but...we still live inland. You get what you get.

Love crappie
I agree fresh is the best and inland the items can get pricey.
