    ever notice how bland the cheese is in the boxed ones, ill use some or none of it, ill measure the amount that comes with it and replace it with a Kraft style like in the mac and cheese. now its kraft spuds and cheese and i add alittle extra and go by the instructions on the box, next time i make it ill post a pic or 2 of it,

    Mmmm can't say that I have ever seen a big bag of powdered cheese like that for sale around here. I wish the stores had it.

      I'm with ya. The stuff in the box doesn't taste the same as it did when I was a kid.

      It's even better when you make your own cheese sauce :)

        If you got a sam club, check the spice section. the big bottles of Tones stuff. they sell a powdered cheese. The stuff chris showed in the bag seems to have a bit brighter color though.

          Interesting...Louie grates most & adds to the mac...Sure do like it! Even deep fried mac & cheese!

            I grate smoked cheddar for my Mac N Cheese, should work the same for All Rotten Tators! I'll have a try it.
