  • bacon & cheddar deviled eggs

now why didn't I think of this???
    http://www.incredibleegg.org/recipes...rd-boiled-eggs

normally I use 1/2-1/2 regular mustard & spicy brown w/ just a dash of hot Hungarian paprika sprinkled on top as opposed to regular.
I can only @ the thought of adding bacon & smoked cheddar to the mix.

looks like I'll be smoking some cheese today.
(I will not be doing Rich's seared cheese)
    brink vertical charcoal(the carp)
    18" old smokey charcoal grill/smoker
    cast iron Hibachi
    22" Kettle w/ "Smoke-EZ" styled riser extension
    & rotisserator
12x7 wells cargo vending trailer(mods in progress)
stuffer, slicer & more carp than i can fit in it...
Marshall amps & various awesome guitars,drums,P.A.,etc.recording studio.....

We had a neighborhood get together and one of the new neighbors brought deviled eggs. They had a hunk of Crispy bacon stuck in the deviled yolk part of the eggs, kind of like a bacon mohawk or a bacon sail on a little tiny deviled egg boat. That was phenomenal! They were sprinkled with some chives as well...beautiful presentation and man were they good. Definitely not a newb at the deviled egg gig.
