Sooo...Wanted some of the pulled pork...Sandwiches seemed in order...
Rain has momentarily stopped for the first time all day...
I got no choice but to fire up the grill
Started by toasting some buns...Not my best decision...More on that later
Heated some zucchini noodles in the CI with a bit of butter...
When they were warmed (but not soft) they got treated with some sea salt and pepper vinegar...Set that aside...
So this is where things went sideways a bit
I went to put the cheese slices on the bun and noticed a few spots of mold...
No problem...Into the house to get the new pack of cheese...
When I came back out I saw the (visiting) dog munching down on one of my buns CRAP!
Moved the pan of pork off the heat and quickly buttered and toasted another bun...
Back to the previously scheduled program
Piled it up on the grill...
And made a pretty good sandwich...
But wait!
Let's add the zoodles and some fries...
Hit the whole mess with some more pepper vinegar and it's ready to eat...
Now we're talking...
Pulled pork the way it's supposed to be...
