  • Pulled Chuck meat Sous Vide... 165° for 30 hours

    Going with "pulled"... 165° ►Onion soup mix ►27hrs... (I couldn't wait the full 30)
3.5lb added to my Sous Vide, counting down.

Soup mix used as rub, Vac Packed, in the Inkbird for 30 hours or less.

UNREAL, has plenty of it's own juice, I was attacking it before we even made the first meal.

Big chunk is gone for TACOS!!!!

    Tomorrow, Beef & gravy sammies!!
This is so damn good and way too easy!!!
The Inkbird was a champ and worked without a glitch.

    Wife was happy‼

Interesting, isn’t it? I don’t care WHAT Craig has to say. There’s applications.

Dang those tacos look great! I'm going to have to give this a go one of these days. I've never done a big cut like that in the SV, but I need to.
