  • Vortex or slow n’ sear

If you could only pick one....which would you chose for your Webber kettle?

As for uses, I like reverse searing steaks, which I think both would do well at, however I also want to be able to cook up some mean chicken wings. I have an MES so I likely won’t need to smoke anything with this set up.

Both would be the best answer but Vortex if only one choice allowed. I almost never use the kettle without the Vortex. The Kettle should come with the Vortex when you but it. JMHO.
