I have been looking for a meat grinder and finally bought this one.
Used it today on some chicken and everything went well.

I was just thinking today that I need one of those. I took down my 1 1/2 HP just to make 5 pounds of sausage. Took longer to clean up than it did to make the sausage. Nice score.

I got some fresh chicken leg quarters for under a dollar per pound. Deboned and cleaned them. Then ground them once. Added spices, diced onion and jalapeno peppers mixed it up. Then ran it through the grinder again.
Let it sit in the fridge couple hours. Then fired up the Kenmore propane grill.
Family and I loved them my "wife" said don't change a thing!
