Ball is introducing a new product.
The Ball freshTECH automatic Jelly & Jam Maker.

It is priced near $100 bucks and is a single purpose appliance. There are other companies with similar products. Back in the 80's I think the Japanese company Zojirushi offered a Bread Making machine which was
capable of making jams and jellies too.

But for those who have fruit trees or access to fruit just to pick it up off the ground when it falls, this may be a way of making your own jelly & jam.
I'm wondering if it could be used in making BBQ sauces is why I mention it here. You know like if you have a bunch of old cook books and want to try
proofing the recipes to select the best with, this could be a way of doing that in small batch quantity. I'm seeing tomatoes in the Que sauce as fruit in this case.
