Secret Aardvark Habanero Hot Sauce

Actually, this sauce is made in Portland and they ship all over the place. I just recieved me order, and let me tell you, this stuff is GOOD! You folks oot west have probably seen it on shelves... not around these parts tho. I found oot aboot it watching Michael Symon putting a dish together... he boasts it is his favorite hot sauce. I had to try it, and so do you!

I've been using the sauce for years! It rocks and I can get it locally! A very cool spicy sauce with really nice fruit notes, smokiness and jerk undertones. Makes the best bloody mary's

If you haven't tried it, you are missing out.

Dean, do you have any familiarity with the Aardvark Drunken Jerk or Drunken Garlic Black Bean sauces? I want to try the hot sauce, and am trying to figure out which combo to order (1-1-1, 4-1-1 or 2-2-2). Thanks.

I bought the 4-1-1 combo. Haven't tried the other two sauces yet. I'll bet the jerk will kick ass on some wings!

I've had the Drunken Jerk and it is fantastic. Best jerk chicken ever! I haven't had the Drunken Garlic Black Bean sauce, but if it is from Aardvark, I suspect that it will be good. I'll have to look for it in the stores. I'd probably order the 1-1-4 (1 DJ, 1 DGBB and 4 Habenero) to start... then you could order the others if you wanted later. The Habenero is definitely worth having multiple bottles and definitely one of my favorites.

Go through Amazon and even though it's not eligible for prime, the total cost with shipping is $29.

They price the bottles differently at each place but the shipping is cut at Amazon.
