    Thanks Fish, Yeah that's the stuff. Hawg PM'd me as well with a link to the stuff. You guy's are great, just ask a question and you guy's are on it. I sure do miss this place. I guess I have to chime in more often

      I recall Hooser telling me about this.. used by the Vatican since it's inception. I order a case me self. we use it a lot at the den. pack howls when the package arrives ( they chase the fed ex truck) It is very good.       We here think it is much better and is all we use now. they send coupon via email for it all the time. But, each has there own taste. not cheap..

        the ex could make this bread so good. and jeff from the cheese plant would give us fresh grated cheese. dunking was so good with some nice wine out of a jelly glass. after a couple years we stopped. weight scales going through truck weigh station said we were over loaded.we use it on salads with balsam and red wine mixed in to the evoo. a chef showed me small chop large bowl pour liquid over ensure every piece is covered in liquid. so good. we do the mix righ before serving and normaly have the rabbit food way before supper time..
