Where can i buy disposable gloves?

I know for catering you are not supposed to wear latex gloves do to people being allergic to latex. When I had my catering company in AZ you could not use them. I would just go with nitrile my self...If you are just using them for home I wouldn't worry about it. I never would of thought about the allergic stuff but they say there has been cases, sorta hard to believe.

Which ones are best for food prep?

I get my nitrile gloves from Sams. At our store, you have to look in the pharmaceutical section for them, not the kitchenwares or hardware areas.

Go to Smart and Final - they are in AZ and they have a big selection - I also found some at Lowes of all places

We found the xl at rest depot... I don't know if there is one out by you, but they had a couple of different brands and they went from xs-xl!
