Turtle Burger?

My brother just called me and there is a meat shop in town that has turtle burger...... Anyone have any comments regarding turtle?

Yea I have an opinion. Turtle soup or stew yea sure, done it. But turtle burger? Me thinks me would pass.

I love turtle. Never had turtle burger though. Heck, we'll grind everything else up, might as well do turtle too. I think I see turtle sausage in Scott's future.

My buddy in Kingman KS eats allot of turtle but he's always eating the meat in soup. He says the meat comes out much better prepared as a soup. I have yet to try it. I will be in Wichita in a couple weeks, maybe I can try the soup while I'm there just forgrins. I say go for it Scott!

Just remember raw snappin turtle burgers can be as deadly as raw gator burgers! If it's still hissin and snappin toss it's ass back on the fire!
