Ash Wood

I have an ash tree that I have pruned. Is the wood good for smoking? What about grape? Every spring I cut a lot off the grape vines and some of it is wood, not just vines. Thanks

Grape is highy regarded. I have some here, and enjoyed it. Kind of "strong" but sweet too. Ash? There's a post listing woods here somewhere...
