Adds another flavor layer too. Get some artichoke hearts for the spinach noodles. Crap..I need to make some noodles.

Love home made pasta. It's a little work but well worth it.

Nicklemore you dusting with flour or corn starch?

I think it was rice flour. The dough started out pretty wet so rolled it in some flour and let it sit for a bit. Im starting to enjoy playing with dough.

I guess most chinese places dust in corn starch thats why I asked. I haven't tried it yet, I just dust with flour but if they sit a bit they tend to absorb the flour and stick together, especially spaghetti noodles. I've never seen rice flour so I'll have to be on the lookout for that.

I've never tried making my own noodles, but it's on my "list of sh*t to do eventually"

Looks good, it's hard to beat fresh made pasta.
