  • Apple and sausage fatty

After seeing great examples on this forum, I decided to make a fatty. Mild Italian sausage sprinkled with paprika, red pepper, and basil. Stuffing was diced apples, mushrooms, and onions sauteed in butter until soft. Cooked at 300 degrees on a buddies Weber. Delicious!!
