What a list of ingredents, but sounds good..
    Spike's Seasoning Ingredients contains:
Salt and sea salt crystals, special high flavor yeast, hydrolyzed vegetable protein, mellow toasted onion, onion powder, orange powder, soy flour, celery leaf powder, celery root powder, garlic powder, dill, kelp, Indian curry, horseradish, ripe white pepper, orange and lemon peel, summer savory, mustard flower, sweet green and red peppers, parsley flakes, tarragon, rosehips, saffron, mushroom powder, parsley powder, spinach powder, tomato powder, sweet Hungarian paprika, celery powder, cayenne pepper, plus a delightful herbal bouquet of the best Greek oregano, French sweet basil, French marjoram, French rosemary, and Spanish thyme. Spike's seasoning claims to contain no MSG but does contain hydrolyzed vegetable protein.
And that's only 1 side of the box, it continues on the bottom

Have had it around for years, started out with a venison jerky recipe that called for Spike. Can be pretty much used anywhere you want so flavor added.

I can see it being in a shaker bottle next to the salt n pepper grinders. The Amazon reviews were aboot as good as anything I have ever seen. Worth a try folks IMO with limited use 👍

What'd they do, go down the spice isle and add a dash of everything?
Never heard of it but I like most of the ingredients. I does sound like a lot of flavors in one spot but if "E" likes it, I'll try it!

What I meant by kinda taking a page from me... errr..maybe I them? I'm sure they were out before some of my stuff.

I avoided the HVP by using the powdered tomato, mushroom, etc. Seems to me they could avoid it as well... with a little different mix balance I'd guess.

Flavor profile is kinda like Mrs. Dash, though much more flavor, and with salt.

Rich.... The Amazon reviews noted folks using it for 30 years. Funny how a lot if people (me included) had never heard of it.
