Instead of hamburger with traditional taco seasoning, try spaghetti sauce.

Heck I even use left over spaghetti with meat sauce to make spaghetti tacos.

I camp a lot with family and friends, tacos are a favorite, easy pezzy lemon queasy. My aunt puts the tortilla shells in a cockpit to keep moist....

          Black peans are

For fish tacos: coleslaw and fresh lime and some Chipotle sauce. Bobby flays got a good recipe....

When is this happening I’m in....

Made tacos last night. Didn't have all the pico ingredients so hmm. What should I use? I pull out a jalapeno, onion, and that jar of homemade sauerkraut in the fridge. Sautéed up the japs and onion till soft and then threw in some kraut and caraway seed to heat and barely brown. Took that off and let cool, while cooking up the tortes and meat. Served with shredded cheese and chopped spinach.

Wife's full blown Mexi, and she said it was a hit.

Meso German so I called in German TACOS

How about a platter of mystery meat like, tripe, or Oxtail, or Boar jowls (trust me they are gross). Perhaps grilled Head Cheese

And some over the top dangerously hot peppers. No sauce, the real deal. Get some beers in them and start the video. I paid each of my kids $20 to eat a raw Habanero. Funniest shit I ever video taped. My step-daughter is in college now and she still gets pissed when I bring it up! Little man was a real trooper and powered through it.

Probably not with this crowd. Not many "adventurous eaters" in this group.

Does sound like fun though for the Fantasy Football Draft weekend with the boys though
