.I came across a post by Moselle on salt and SMOKED Olive oil.
Heat, light and oxegen I understand will harm olive oil....so the question is How would you smoke olive oil..?

Salt I have done in a shallow pan and shook it about every 15 min,,,give or take. But olive oil...this is smoked after it is pressed...type in smoked olive oil in the serch and it will give you the site...also have a santa fe oil with chipotle chili.
