I noticed Butcher packer now sells a lava Jack High Temp Cheese. I only know that is is hotter than Pepper jack. I obviously had to buy some and since I cant use it for a few days.... just wondering if anyone has tried it yet and what you thought of it?
Im hoping its not so hot that I crap fire If I use the same ratio (1# per 10# sausage) i have with other cheeses.
