just wondering what people prefer to use for pulled pork. I have always used the shoulder, here in Canada we do not get the same cuts as our American brothers and sisters. I was going to the market tomorrow and going to see if I could find a couple of pork butts! Maybe with some luck they will have something close to what I want.
