what cut of pork works best for pulled pork

just wondering what people prefer to use for pulled pork. I have always used the shoulder, here in Canada we do not get the same cuts as our American brothers and sisters. I was going to the market tomorrow and going to see if I could find a couple of pork butts! Maybe with some luck they will have something close to what I want. So any suggestions will really help me out. Thanks guys and gals for the help, and everyone have a great weekend.

Butts, I love big butts! I think there is a big difference in shoulder and butt IMHO, not a fan of shoulder... butt, if butts are 4/5 lbs and priced through the roof, I will get a shoulder... just not a fan especially trimming the skin off... not as much fat/meat as a butt.. they pull just fine tho, just like butt.... just my preference.

Alex, our team is in its infancy for sure... but we talked to a KCBS judge after one of our comps, and he said that was pretty much it.. sauce, sauce, sauce.. cuz that one bite has to punch em in the face...... Sure would like to try that collar, especially since its been banned.. lol.. Glad your ok after the storm my friend!
