Smoked Mayonnaise

Puts a lot of smoke flavor out in a hurry...Not a cheap toy...Not cheap at all...

Granted, not the cheapest thing to buy, $88.00 shipped from Amazon. But to me in the grand scheme of things , it's not to bad.
Heck, when you consider what we spend money on, SV setups, camera lens, bottles of good bourbon, Thermopens, hunting equipment, different hobbies, and countless different cooking, sausage making, and grilling & smoking equipment that we acquire.
I don't think it's price is out of line for what might be achieved by using it for small or specialty smokes if that's what you like to experiment with.
