This weekend is full of experimentation all items are a first for me.
On Saturday I smoked 12 lbs of almonds of four different ways.

Then along with the buckboard in this thread I am throwing on 8 ABT's to enjoy during the Tebow vs Brady game.

But for this thread here is a picture of 8 lbs of pork shoulder after curing in Hi Mountain Buckboard Bacon Cure since the 8th. This pic is after soaking after the cure and will rest in the fridge over night.
Pictures and thoughts on the final result will be forth coming.
