I'm glad you later showed the bag they came in. I was originally trying to figure out how you could take little pieces of seasoned Pork Skin, and Nuke it into Pork Rinds.

Nutrition's not bad-----210 calories and 1225 mg of Sodium.

We have pork rinds in every gas station around here but I've never seen this brand or heard of putting them in the microwave. I'm sure they are awesome.

I wouldn't mind giving these a try. I like to make mine from scratch, but they are very time consuming and they are gone very quickly. I like putting MH on them too. I try to eat low carb because that seems to work for me and this is one of the few good snacks I can eat. I think the worst is the high sodium. Gotta have lots of salt in my opinion, don't think they would be very good without it.

Heads up...These things, uncooked, are like rocks....If ya don't cook them long enough they will still have some rocks in there......A friend told me that overcooked will set off smoke alarms and drive you out of the house...Never been there...
