  • The Ultimate Breakfast Stuffed Tri Tip Roast - Getcha Some!

    I started out to make another round of Mad Hunky Hot Ass Whang breakfast buritos (Recipe coming) and right out of the gate I had an apiphiny. Hell I'll stuff all that breakfast goodness inside a Tri tip! The rest is history. OMG! It smelled so damn good cooking. It tasted even better. THe tri tip was so juicy and tender with a nice coating of Tatonka Dust. Inside was sauteed Crimini mushrooms, red onion, chopped garlic, two sliced Johnsonville Jalapeno & cheddar smoked sausages, cheddar cheese and some Habanero sauce. Oh and I mixed Mad hunky Hot Ass Whang with some butter and spread it on the inside meat. I also out the Hot Ass WHang in the eggs. I'm not kidding thsi meal was off the hook good! You want to talk about layers of flavor... Rich & Tanya both have outstanding products. In this case the two went great together flawlessly and man oh man was it tasty. Don't take my word for it.     Recipe Details

    Ingredients

    1 Tri Tip Roasts
    3 Large Eggs
    2 Johnsonville Jalapeno & Cheddar Sausages Sliced
    2 oz. Crimini Mushrooms
    2 Slices Red Onion Quartered
    3/4 Stick Unsalted Butter
    2 Cloves Chopped Garlic
    Rosemary
    1/2 Stick Unsalted Butter
    Tatonka Dust Rub
    Mad Hunky Hot Ass Whang Rub
    3/4 Cup Shredded Cheddar
    Butchers String to Tie Up Roast

    Another great one Rob!! Nothing beats steak and eggs so I imagine that was wonderful and full of flavor!! Will have to add that to the to do list!!

    Noticed Gus sneak in at the 5:15 mark of the video... I am sure he was like hey Dad.. what the hell smells so good around here?? Any for me???

                      Wow, that put to shame any breakfast I have done... Amazing job as always Rob!!

                      I thought the regular Hot Whang had enough heat level for me but I may have to break down and get some HAW as well.

                        What's funny is when you cook with HAW and use it as a seasoning inside the food its not hot but very flavorful. Put it on the outside of wings or any meat and it packs some nice heat along with the great flavor.

                            Wow that looks good!!! I never really thought of stuffing a TT before but after seeing your last two efforts I might have to rethink this!!
