  • Gourmet Double Blue Cheese Mushroom & Swiss Buffalo Burger - Mad Hunky Style

For some reason, all day while working, my mind was on a blue cheese mushroom burger. Not just any blue Cheese burger but a loaded blue cheese burger. Then I thought mix in some Mad Hunky Hot Ass Whang rub and kick it up to buffalo burger status.

So thats that and this is the results of my fixation. Hope you all enjoy. We did. These bad boys were amazing. Thanks for viewing.

Thanks all... I just realized that the list of ingredients was missing the key component. 10 Oz. Crumbled Blue Cheese. I fixed it.
Smoke it.. and they will come!

Thanks Scott. I have been burning Wicked oak lump and oak wood. My favorite cooker is the YS640 simply because of ease of use and you end up cooking more. That said, when it comes to cooking with wood the Scottsdale is the most forgiving and versatile wood pit I have cooked on. It's also a hoot to cook on. Great flavor in the foods.

It comes down to ease of use, preferred fuel type and versatility. For what I do, I wanted to add a wood fired grill that was flexible enough to allow some overlap. With this I can grill, sear, cook on the Wok, Skillet, griddle, bake or slow cook (indirect). If you check out my product review on this cooker (on my site) there is good info on my thoughts and experiences with this cooker. I have to say I have been pleasantly surprised with the Scottsdale.
