Got a 4# corned beef flat from the market, soaked it for 12 hrs as suggested from y'all thank you then coated with pepper garlic sea salt and the spice packet... made some rosted cabbage, olive oil, garlic S&P and chili powder and some baby reds... oh and some spinach and artichoke dip...
