I got a sirloin tip roast and I'm gonna smoke it. I've never done one so I need some help. How would you do it? I was wanting to slice it and make sammies. Any info will be a great help.

Probably want to go 275*, indirect, with some oak and maple. Guessing it take about 2, no more than 3 hours... Pull it at around 130* internal, let it rest for 20 min or so, and you should have a nice medium/med rare slicing roast.Once you go Weber....you never call customer service....
