  • Philly Cheese Steak and French Onion Soup

Oh yeah two of my favorites!!

Took some of my roast beef and decided to make a few Philly Cheese Steaks.

So lets start with a nice bowl of French onion soup... so so good..

    Onto the Cheese Steak

Put a dice on the onions and peppers and the beef. Tossed onto the hot skillets and cooked things up.

Got a nice Philly roll from the FIL when he came out. Makes a HUGE difference in the Cheese Steak if you ask me..

Gave a slice and put on top of the onions peppers steak and cheese. I like to give a little hat to steam the roll for a few seconds. Makes it really nice!!

Give it a nice quick flip and here ya go...

    MINE!!

Thanks for looking! Onto Pizza tonight... Have a great weekend!
