    Fried Bologna, Onion Grilled Cheese Sandwich

    Was craving a fried bologna sandwich today Really simple and turned out really good so I thought I would share.

    Sweet onion and a 1/4" slice of Bologna I got at the Deli counter.


    Sandwich assembly, used Colby Jack cheese


    Grilling the sandwich and using my CI press, great little tool! Sorry for the blurry pic


    Done, I should have made two!!!

        Loved fried bologna, although it's been awhile since I had it. Looks great!
        Lang 36 Patio, a few Webers, 2 Eggs, plenty of gadgets and a MES 40 Gen 2.5 electric for bacon and sausage.
        My best asset however is the inspiration from the members on this forum.
