  • Mongolian Beef PF Chang Style

    This stuff is SO GOOD! It's a copycat recipe from PF Chang's, though I add white onions, which we are used to and like in this dish.... You can Google it of you wanna try it. Highly recommended if you like this kinda stuff. Serve on a big bed of steamed rice. I upped the recipe aboot 75% for the almost 2 pounds of Flat Iron used.

      Indeed, cashews with the white and green onions..... The "stuff" floating in the sauce is chopped Garlic and Ginger..... Still airing oot the house
