Gotta bring an App to buds house for the Seahawks -vs- Packers game on Sunday. Have a decent supply of smoked Steelhead, so came up with this, and it did not dissapoint 

- 8 ounces+- Smoked Steelhead or Salmon
- 8 ounce block of cream cheese (room temp)
- 2 whole Jalapenos, seeded and deveined
- 2/3 cup cushed Pineapple, and about 3 T juice
- 3 T Jerk seasoning
- 2 Large cloves Garlic
1) Finely dice the 2 Jalapenos and Garlic cloves
2) Add 2/3 Cup crushed Pineapple and juice, cream cheese, smoked fish & Jerk seasoning
3) Mix well and let flavors meld in fridge about 2 hours. Taste, and adjust seasonings to your liking. As specified, it will be warm with a nice slow lingering heat, but not too hot. You will want more.
Serve on crackers or toasted Baquettes.
