As far as taking pics goes.
You just need a decernt point and shoot pocket camera. Takes a couple of seconds to point and shoot.
It starts to get tricky when you are trying to pour and stir with one hand a take the pic with the other :-)
You'll soon find that it just becomes a natural part of the cooking process and starts to actually feel a bit weird if you Don't take any pictures
