So there has been a lot of tri - tip talk lately. So who am I to question it? I bought myself a small one 3.58/lb and did it on the grill. Just salt and pepper. Seared both sides and then indirect for about an hr. Little longer than I wanted but I started talking to the new neighbors about the virtues of a weber OTG.
Made myself a steak salad(hence the healthy part). Greens, red pepper, carrots, and English cucumber with some sliced tip on top.
