Marinated Tri Tip Skewers, Roasted Reds, Asparagus

  • Marinated Tri Tip Skewers, Roasted Reds, Asparagus

    Cut some TT steaks aboot 1/4" thin and marinaded them in EVOO, Worshy, Soy, Balsamic, Brown sugar, 4 pressed Garlic cloves and some water. Put the strips on Bamboo skewer CAUSE I LOST MY BRAND NEW -NEVER USED- FIRE WIRE SKEWERS!!!!!



    Microwaved some reds aboot 3/4 done, let cool, then sliced and coated both side with EVOO, Kosher and CBP, same with the Asparagus and grilled it all up.

      Quite the nice looking feast you have there!!! I just found my fire wires about a month ago, they were hiding in my dehydrator, why they were there I have no idea.

        Dang, I will check the dehydrator I typically know where all my stuff is, but this puzzled me Never got to use them.... Yet

                Love it all! Aren't those grates just the best?
                Lang 36 Patio, a few Webers, 2 Eggs, plenty of gadgets and a MES 40 Gen 2.5 electric for bacon and sausage.
                My best asset however is the inspiration from the members on this forum.

                          Oh no!! I'm sure you are looking too hard for them. Look for something else you can't find and maybe you'll find the fire wires.
