  • “Italian Sausage Bites”, same recipe/different method

“Italian Sausage Bites”, same recipe as last time just a different method of preparing, I think some folks will like this method.

Here's the Link to the Original Post.

Next time I do these I am going to add sun dried tomato to the top then cover witch cheese and a batch that way topped with an olive.

Hopefully the pictures will be enough information and I can save my long winded post for my New Years Smoke Post that I am working on.

So SQWIB----First you had to ruin them by wrapping Bacon around them!!!

You know how everyone on this forum hates Bacon!!!

Then you finish it with all that ooozing melted Cheese!!!

You Aint Right, SQWIB !!!!----But then again------->> Too You !!!

                        Thanks everyone.
Wasn't going to post because its a repeat, but making them in the mini muffin pan was real easy and neat felt it was worthy of a repeat post and I figured some folks would appreciate the easy method.

I just have to make sure these pans are spotless when putting away, you know what I mean.
