These have been rubbed and refrigerated for 24 hours. Have 30ish people coming over tomorrow for my baby girls first birthday. The UDS with the IQ110 are running right at 225 no problem. Planning on pushing through the stall and not wrapping. Two twelve pound butts should be enough with the sides.
Prepped 3lbs of slaw (new tweaked recipe) and made a turkey roaster tin full of my championship (in my mind only so far) Mac and cheese. It is a lot of m&c....32 ounces of dry noodles is what I used. Mom was kind enough to chip in and bring her baked beans. Will post follow up picks in the A.M.
