  • Hunky ham

    Spiral sliced for convenience...
Rubbed with JAB and then with MHGP for flavor...
A couple chunks of cherry wood for good measure...

    A couple hours later...

    Better than turkey any day

That looks great Craig...pre-cooked and heated gently to 140°? They sell spiral sliced hams at Costco that I really like...I'm gonna grab another one and give this a shot...really nice.

Make sure it's one with natural juices rather than a ham and water product...Whatever that is...

Nothing better than a double smoked ham

That's what we prefer for holidays.

            You're slacking, Craig...
You realize that all you had to do was put a regular ham on the rotisserie with a nice sharp knife & you would have the same thing...
I'd wager it was still tasty though...
