A quick review of the Mad Hunky Sweet/Heat rub

Thanks Rich for considering me to sample the new "comercial" version of the rub...

Kept it simple the first test run...


It's been a long time since I had the "proto" version but as I remember This is it...I think that McCarthy has done ya right again...

The savory flavors of the MHGP are still the up front flavors with the very subtle sweetness and the not so subtle heatness () coming in to mix it up a bit...The mixture is right...It's just a good balance...And that's coming from a guy that doesn't use sweet rubs...

Count me in as one of the first customers when this is available...

I'd probably go for something between gp and hot whang - but anything hotter than the hot whang - forget it
