  • Hickory Sticks

Had some store bought hickory mix so I took the easy way out yesterday and made up 5 lbs. of sticks. 8 hours in the smoker and over night in the fridge. Next time I will add a little something to give it a tad more heat but they will be good eating for my grand kids. They don't like to hot of a stick.

Wish I could give you a better answer but the package say's nature smoke flavour so I am assuming they mean hickory smoke.

I also smoked them with hickory pellets.
