Hot Dogs For The Kids

Made a batch of these. Never made hot dogs before and they turned out pretty darn good. I used this recipe from Len Poli site

First time using cellulose casings, these worked out good also. Came right off no problem.
No smoker this time, used my dehydrator for these.

looks interesting....no kids at home so I've yet to play with the emulsified meats for dawgs but at least you know the contents and what they are eating....awesome....Willie
