Picked up some of Owens BBQ bratwurst spice mixes and decided to give them a whirl. 5 pounds of Sriracha and 5 pounds of Buffalo Wing. Used half ground chuck and ground pork that I had previously frozen. Followed the instructions and did a fry test before stuffing. Let me tell you, these flavors are bold!

Looks Awesome Jim!!
Mighty Tasty!!----------
If I was gonna do some Sausage, I'd definitely get the mix from Marty too, but it's another one of the things that's too much work for me nowadays.
Damn that looks good!!
I'm Jealous!!

Thanks all. I have had nothing but good luck using Owen's products, the brat kits, the jerky kits, the Dust, pellets...top shelf, all of it.Lang 36 Patio, a few Webers, 2 Eggs, plenty of gadgets and a MES 40 Gen 2.5 electric for bacon and sausage.
My best asset however is the inspiration from the members on this forum.
