Congrats again to Squirrel on her amazing winning entry! 
Here's mine - simple meatloaf recipe, pound of ground beef, 2 eggs, a pack of Lipton Onion Soup mix, a 1/2 pack of Stove Top stuffing, 2 eggs, a little ketchup, a little A1 sauce and salt and pepper.
Formed it like a fatty, then rolled it in plastic wrap like a fatty.
Smoked on the electric Brinkman...almost lost it. The piece that holds the grate was loose, it twisted, and my grate fell
59,000 tools that my other half has around the house and garage, and dang it, I couldn't find ONE straight edge screwdriver! But I found this broken knife...
...and it worked like a charm! Now, I'm back in business. And I will be buying some tools for ME.
Meatloaf when done. Got a little smoke ring, not bad for electric.
I toasted some buns and we had a meatloaf sandwich for dinner. The next night I used the leftovers for the contest entry.
Used my little 6" hammered cast iron skillet. And built the sandwich, bread, the potatoes, the meatloaf topped with gravy. I didn't get a pic of the bread, but I swear there is bread under there.
